Forever Young

No, not the movie with Mel Gibson, though that movie was inspiring, but a girl who doesn’t age. At 16, she looks two. She’s had various diseases spring up, likely related to her condition, yet they all diminished without explanation–as by the expedient capacity of her condition to heal spontaneous ailments. There are various downsides: she doesn’t seem to have much in the way speech, still stuck vocalizing herself like an infant, and of course, while she may be retaining her youth, at 16, resembling a two year old in many facets doesn’t seem like it would be too enjoyable. All the same, this is profound.
